In the beginning a group of friends met through cottaging at Norway Bay Quebec. Through the years a guitar or two would show up at a party, which sparked a mutual interest in music. As a post-retirement project, a countrygrass group, Thursday Morning, was formed with the intent of improving skills, exploring some new musical directions, creating some original compositions and generally playing for the enjoyment of the music. Thursday Morning’s music ranges from traditional bluegrass & country through folk/rock favourites to original songs, performances are for community & charity events.
